This neighborhood offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities. It is a good walking, biking and skating community. Oz Park has tennis courts, an innovative playground and several athletic fields. In the summer, take advantage of the parks, baseball diamonds, picnic areas, lagoons and beaches. Snowy, winter days bring cross-country skiers.

The magnificent stretch of parks along with the style and charm of many of the buildings, attract many people to the area. Housing options include contemporary townhouses and condos, Victorian three-flats, walk-ups and towering high-rises overlooking Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park.

Parking can be difficult but cabs are abundant and public transportation readily available. The 8, 11 or 74 bus routes or the Brown, Purple or Red to the Fullerton el stop.
